What if I don’t like the mockup?

Don't worry. We include up to 3 free revision rounds.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after production. Shipping rates and times vary by destination; you’ll see the exact cost at checkout.

What is your return & refund policy?

Because each hoodie is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for “buyer’s remorse.” However, if there’s a printing defect or we fail to match the approved mockup, we’ll reprint or refund your order in full—guaranteed.

How many revisions can I request?

We offer 3 complimentary revision rounds on your mockup. If you’d like further changes after that, additional revisions are available for a small fee (we’ll always quote you up-front).
